Kindly Note that users who already have you in their contacts and phone book may sometimes see you by the name they saved your contact and not necessarily by your ALKABALANCE Username.
  • Device Data: The mobile phone number used by the device, your mobile operating system - only if it is android or iOS, the time zone setting, log files, crashes, reports on performance, etc., get registered in our system to keep the App technically viable at all times.
  • Location Data: includes your current location that you may choose to share with the App when you use the location sharing feature available to you in the App. This is done only after your express permission. We never track location in the background. If you share a location in a chat, this location data is treated like other messages in cloud. ALKABALANCE will use your data to display your location and nearness to delivery agents.
  • Purchase Information: When you make a purchase or payment in or through the platform including when you buy ALKABALANCE products, we collect information about the purchases or payment transactions, such as payment information, billing, delivery as well as contact information and items you purchased.
